OMG! I love this book like I love lettuce 🥬! Like I love crafting and coffee ☕️ and books!!!! “The Other Bennet Sister” by Janice Hadlow was a happy surprise for me. I have listened to this on Audible as well as having read the actual book at least twice. I have also watched the series on BritBox. Maybe that makes me a super fan, I don’t know? But I seriously questioned whether an author could capture the spirit of the Bennet sisters and do them justice and Janice Hadlow did! If this is not on your TBR, I highly encouraged you to consider adding it! And if you need a copy today, we have one! We’re here until four. #espressionscoffeeandcommunity #theotherbennetsister #janicehadlow #tbr #mustread

Here at Espressions: Coffee & Community, we’re more than a coffee shop or bookstore. We’re a place where community is created by the people who walk through our doors—a place where everyone, whether you’re from here or just passing through, is welcomed as you are and given room to belong. On Saturday, there was a moment when Lisa and Maile looked around the café and realized: this is it. This is what we dreamed of. Inside, a group of school kids were gathered around a table playing Apples to Apples. Outside, people were chatting around the tables, enjoying the sunshine and visiting with their dogs. Friends were stopping in for lunch, others were gathered around a game of Magic: The Gathering, and our Traveler RPG group was deep in their adventure. Different people. Different reasons for being here. One shared space. And honestly, we were overwhelmed with gratitude to see our dream and our mission coming to life right in front of our eyes. ❤️ However you gather—over a cup of coffee, around a craft table, at game night, over a good book, or simply with good conversation—you belong here. So come in for coffee or lunch, bring a meeting, settle in to craft, join a game, browse a book, or simply stop by and say hello. We’d love to see you! Today, we’re here until 4:00, and Lisa is making her homemade kielbasa and potato soup! 🥣☕️ Come enjoy a bowl and stay awhile. Espressions is more than a place to get coffee. It’s a place to belong. #espressionscoffeeandcommunity
